We offer yoga and meditation classes Monday - Saturday, morning and evening. ALL classes are accessible for beginner to advanced practitioners. Do we offer classes in French and English? You bet! We have something for everyone. Come give yoga & mindfulness a try.

power vinyasa

Get ready to sweat. This powerful class is full of movement and breath. It will help you build strength, flexibility and balance. Power Vinyasa will raise your heart rate with its fast-paced asanas. You will leave the class with a clear mind, full of energy. If you’re looking for a full-body work out, this class is for you. Did we mention the cold lavender towels at the end?

Yin / Restorative

Our Yin / Restorative class encourages you to slow down and listen to the needs of your body. This class uses props such as bolsters, blocks, and straps to support you in longer-held poses, allowing for the complete release of tension and stress. This class is grounding, calming, and rejuvenating; perfect for exercising both the mind and body.

vinyasa flow

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by connecting postures so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, following the breath. Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for 10 years, this class will challenge you physically while developing a deeper connection between body and mind. This class will allow all students to practice at their own pace and in their current state.

get up & flow

This morning class is the perfect way to start your day. Create energy for yourself without the need for a cup of coffee. This class will put you in the ideal mindset to tackle anything your day has in store. Offered at 6h30 for our EARLY risers and 8h30 for those who like to take their time.

Gentle Flow

Our Gentle Flow class is a great option for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentler, slower practice. This class incorporates pranayama (breathing exercises) with simple sequences to warm up and relax the body.

Meditation is a practice that leads you to your highest self.  Through various guided pranayama and meditation techniques, you will train your attention and awareness to help achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.
